My experience was nothing but easy especially for a first time cruiser. Any questions I had from the beginning Brittany answered pretty quickly. She let me know how the process to check in was and it was very helpful so it wasn’t overwhelming. Always updated me about the events going on our cruise, which was helpful especially for the dining part.
